  • Regulations

    • Management is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage of your belongings.
    • No littering or use of plastic at the campsite as waste management is a critical aspect in the mountains.
    • Do not smoke or light any items inside the tent/catage/villa as it may cause fire in the tent.
    • Please remove your footwear outside the tent and keep tent neat & tidy.
    • Guests will be liable to pay fine for any damages to the campsite ecosystem, accommodations or property.
    • Strictly no use of drugs and Hukka or any other kind of intoxicants in the common areas.
    • Management will not be responsible for any personal or medical-related consequences.
    • Firecrackers, smoke bombs, colors, etc are strictly restricted since the campsite is located in an eco-sensitive zone.
    • Itinerary or inclusions are subject to change as per natural calamities COVID-19 protocols or government.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Once reached at resort amount will not be refundable.
    • Cancellation should be informed 2 days prior.
    • 50% advance payment paid will not be refundable.
    • 100% refund if the management cancels the booking.
    • Free reschedule if the booking cancels due to official Government protocols/lockdown.



  • Things to carry:

    • Umbrellas / raincoats.
    • Identity proof.
    • Comfortable shoes for trekking & activities.
    • Bottles to refill at the water station.
    • All the toiletries, towels & sanitation kit.
    • Jackets / sweatshirts for the night.
    • Avoid use of plastic in any form.
    • Hard drink should be carried by customers risk.

  • Sanitation guidelines:

    • To ensure safety, we will be taking limited and prior informed bookings.
    • It's mandatory for the guests to fill in the registration form with accurate details along with 50 % advance payment.
    • Guests must carry their own toiletries, towels and sanitation kit.
    • On arrival, the guests will go through a contact-less check in process on thermal screening.
    • The guests & staff should always wear masks and follow social distancing in the common areas.
    • Contact-less buffet will be arranged where cutlery & food will be served only by the staff.
    • The staff will be protected with masks, hand gloves & daily thermal screening.
    • The guests should refill their own water bottles at the water station installed at the campsite.
    • The tents will be thoroughly sanitized & a new set of washed linen will be arranged for every check in.
    • The premises have fully functional CCTV cameras to ease safety & security tracking.
